Therapy
Individual therapy is a joint process between a therapist and a person in therapy. Common goals of therapy can be to inspire change or improve quality of life. People may seek therapy for help with issues that are hard to face alone. In this type of counseling, the client is helped to find effective care for managing symptoms of anxiety, depression, grief and loss, distress, overwhelm, and upset to daily functioning. The individual may choose to work on relationship issues, work stress, family dynamics, mental/emotional/spiritual health, or an array of other needs and options.
